WHY did my computer have to decide today was a good day for it to go south? I have known there was a hard drive issue for a little while now, but since it was not anywhere near consistent, I haven't decided to have it checked out. Well, today, I booted up (after a crash last night) and now it is getting stuck on recovering the journal of one of the file systems, seemingly hitting what is a bad sector. I am leaving for a week on Sunday and I can't be without my laptop. ARGH. Hopefully my wonderful IT guys can get it all fixed up.
