MT 3.17 is out
Six Apart has released Movable Type 3.17. Upgraded (hopefully this goes better than the last time).

They're "claiming" it is. The issue with the neverending login prompts as well as the munged URLs when using the picture uploading functionality. I got it installed last night... We shall see.
