Fox News Threatened to Sue The Simpsons
First off, can Fox news please calm down? Do they think they are SCO or something and can just sue everyone around them to make money?
Second, I find it just hilarious that Fox News would sue a Fox TV show. Isn't that just like transferring funds from one person's budget to another's? Ridiculous.
Third, my favorite part of the article:
"The Fox News Network did back down on its threat, although it has told The Simpsons creators that in the future, cartoon series will not be allowed to include a "news crawl" along the bottom of the screen, which might "confuse the viewers.""
Can someone please explain to me who would be confused when they saw cartoon characters doing the news and think it was the actual news? Are there people out there who are really this dumb?
